Kyzen v4 is more than an update to v3. It’s a reimagined version of the platform designed to create a simpler, faster, and more flexible experience for users. As Kyzen continues to grow, so does the amount of data, functionality, and information available within the platform. v4 was built to make all of that easier to access and use.
The new experience centers around three core principles: simplify the layout, reduce clicks and load times, and empower users with customization. From navigation and properties to dashboards, reports, workflows, connectors, and groups, updates across the platform support these goals while creating a stronger foundation for what comes next. A new architecture also makes Kyzen easier to build, monitor, and improve, allowing updates to roll out faster as the platform continues to evolve.
Simplify the Layout
With more tools and data available in Kyzen, finding what you need shouldn’t become more complicated. v4 brings the platform’s major tools into a more centralized experience, making it easier to navigate a portfolio and move between different areas of the platform.
Key areas like properties, dashboards, reports, workflows, groups, users, and settings are now accessible from the top level. Instead of entering an individual property before accessing dashboards or reports, users can stay at the portfolio level and move directly to the tools they need.
The Smart Bar adds another layer of simplicity by giving users a consistent way to filter and access information across properties, dashboards, and reports. Workflows also bring recurring dashboards, recurring reports, metric alerts, and other automations into one place, creating a central location for processes that would otherwise live across different areas of the platform.
That same approach extends to connectors and groups. Connectors are easier to manage across a portfolio, allowing users to quickly move between properties and manage configurations while bringing PMS connectors alongside other connected data sources. Groups are faster and easier to manage as well, with bulk actions and importing and exporting capabilities that simplify portfolio organization.
Notifications help bring important updates together, too. Workflow events, sync issues, and other notifications can surface directly within Kyzen, giving users a centralized place to see what may need their attention. Together, these changes make the platform feel more connected and make it easier to get where you need to go.

Reduce Clicks
Simplifying the layout is only part of the equation. v4 also cuts down on repetitive steps so users can spend less time clicking, navigating, and waiting and more time working with their data.
The updated properties view is a good example. Rather than treating a portfolio as one long list, the page is designed to help users quickly identify properties that may need attention. Customizable metrics, performance scores, filtering, and sorting make it easier to surface what matters, while table and card views include information like building size, POC, PMS errors, and connector status. Large portfolios also load and filter more quickly.
Reports have been streamlined as well. Users can move between properties and reports without repeatedly backing out and starting over, and some reports can support multiple properties at once. For more complex reports like trending and benchmarking, Kyzen automatically remembers recent configurations and allows users to save frequently used setups, so the same report doesn’t need to be rebuilt every week or month. Those saved configurations can be accessed across logins and devices, and reports can now be shared through links.
Budgets are faster to navigate, with easier switching between properties and years. Behind the scenes, v4’s new backend and development stack also contribute to faster loading and make it easier to identify issues, fix bugs, and roll out improvements. That speed can be felt across large portfolio views, groups, users, connectors, budgets, and other areas throughout the platform.
Empower Users With Customization
Not every user, team, or portfolio needs to see data in the same way. v4 gives users more control over how they work with their information instead of locking everyone into the same experience.
The new dashboard builder is one of the biggest examples. Users can drag and drop charts, tables, widgets, and data from different connectors to create dashboards around what they actually need to see. Dashboards can be built from scratch or started from a template, then edited, rearranged, saved, exported, shared, or made recurring.
Even legacy PPC dashboards from v3 are no longer limited to a hard-coded format. They can be customized and combined with data from other connectors, giving users a starting point without limiting what they can build. The dashboard library also includes filtering by connector and visualization type, making it easier to find the right elements for each dashboard.
That flexibility goes beyond dashboards. Customizable property views, groups, reporting options, and saved report configurations give users more ways to tailor Kyzen to their workflow. Themes have also been expanded and improved, providing more visual options while keeping readability at the center of the experience.
The goal isn’t customization for the sake of customization. It’s giving different users and portfolios the flexibility to focus on the information that matters most to them. With the option to build custom dashboard components and reports that aren’t currently available in Kyzen v3, in-depth customization will grow to new levels and allow users the best path forward for their needs and goals.

Built-In AI
Intelligence adds another layer to the v4 experience by helping users understand both their performance data and Kyzen itself.
Users can ask questions about the data they’re looking at and get additional context without leaving the platform. That could mean digging into how a property is performing, getting more context around a metric, or asking how to find and use a particular feature within Kyzen.
Ask AI is also being brought directly into different parts of the platform. From the performance score, for example, users can jump into a conversation about how a property is performing right from where they’re already working. Kyzen AI can handle larger data requests, support multiple chats and image uploads, and organize conversations into topics so previous conversations are easier to return to.
More importantly, Kyzen AI is connected to the larger direction of the platform. As more reliable multifamily data sources are connected to Kyzen, AI has more information to work with. That means the growing connector ecosystem doesn’t just expand the data available in the platform, it also creates more opportunities for AI to help users understand and work with that data.
A Stronger Foundation for What Comes Next
Kyzen v4 takes what worked in v3 and rethinks the experience around how users actually work within the platform. The result is an experience that is easier to navigate while giving users more control over how they access, organize, and work with their data.
From flexible dashboards and reports to centralized workflows, easier connector management, smarter portfolio views, and AI integrated throughout the experience, v4 brings more of Kyzen’s capabilities together without making the platform harder to use.
And v4 isn’t meant to be a finished endpoint. Its new architecture gives Kyzen a stronger foundation to continue improving, making it easier to expand existing capabilities and introduce new ones over time. The result is a platform that can continue evolving while delivering a more flexible, connected, and intuitive experience today.
