At the heart of our new onboarding experience is a dedicated website created just for you. For each new contract you sign with Dyverse, we’ll generate a custom onboarding website tailored to your property.

This site is your single source of information and grounding for onboarding. It tells you exactly where you are in the process, outlines what steps are coming up, and shows you what we still need from your team to keep things moving. No more hunting for old emails or wondering what’s next - your onboarding journey is mapped out in real time.

Simplified Communication with Timely, Purpose-Driven Emails

Onboarding doesn’t have to be confusing. To make the transition as smooth as possible, we’ve designed a series of automated emails to keep you informed and on track. Each email is tied to a specific moment in your onboarding journey - whether that’s a reminder to complete a task, a notification that your ad previews are ready, or the exciting news that your ads are officially live.

One of the biggest pain points in the old onboarding process was the sheer number of one-off questions sent over email. To solve that, we’ve developed a centralized onboarding form that gathers everything we need to launch your campaigns.

You’ll find this form on your property’s onboarding website. And here’s the best part: you don’t have to complete it all at once.

Fill out what you can when you can. The form automatically saves your answers when you submit them, so you can return to it anytime to add more information without losing your progress. It’s flexible, efficient, and built to fit your schedule - not the other way around.

Key items are clearly marked with a star, so you know which fields are most important to getting your campaigns live. These high-priority questions help us set up your ad campaigns accurately and quickly.

Onboarding Is a Team Effort - Now It’s Easier to Collaborate

We know you’re not doing this alone. Whether you work with a marketing team, a regional manager, or a third-party vendor, our new process makes collaboration simple.

You can share your property’s onboarding website link with anyone on your team. They’ll be able to view the onboarding form, help fill in information, and stay in the loop - without needing to forward emails or manage multiple logins. Everyone can contribute, and everything stays organized in one place.

Reviewing Your Ads Just Got Easier

Once we’ve built your ad campaigns, you’ll review all of your previews directly on your onboarding website. You’ll find separate tabs for each part of your campaign - such as display ads or search copy.

Take your time reviewing each element. When you're ready, you can approve each set of ads by simply checking a box in the top-left corner of the preview tab. Have feedback instead? Just reach out to your account manager, and we’ll work with you to make adjustments. It’s all part of the collaborative process.

We’re Rolling It Out - And You Can Be First

We’re officially beginning to roll out our new onboarding experience in early June - but we’re already looking for early adopters.
