We recently made notable updates to Kyzen, our analytics tool that includes significant features, improvements, and various fixes.
One of the most significant features added is the ability to create custom alerts that allow you to receive notifications when certain metric thresholds hit. You can create alerts for various campaigns and metrics within Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, leasing, and availability. Currently, users receive notifications in-app if an alert is triggered. For our internal account managers, Slack integration is also available (more on this below). We plan to add more metrics and additional actions, such as email notifications and possibly SMS. The alert builder tool is accessible from your portfolio dashboard and in the top bar. Look for a more detailed walk-through of this feature in a later post.
For properties with a YouTube campaign running, you can now view Youtube campaign metrics on the Google Ads page and all reports, including portfolio reports. Once activated, YouTube tabs now show on the Google Ads Campaign, Ad Groups, and Ad tables. YouTube clicks and conversions metrics also add to widget and chart calculations. Finally, when setting up a portfolio, trending, or classic report, YouTube appears as a selectable option.
At Dyverse, we use the Slack app for all internal communications, as it’s much more efficient than email. It allows us to communicate, organize, and share information between team members quickly, which translates to faster response times for our clients. Dyverse team members can now set up various alerts with Slack notifications to notify them if an account needs attention. Overall, this should improve account management efficiency, reducing the time it takes to respond to problems that can help save your ad spend. We are also migrating some of our Kyzen onboarding steps within Slack, which should reduce development time and speed up onboarding.
One of our clients’ most requested features that we added is the ability to incorporate multiple Yardi integrations into a single view in Kyzen. This capability allows you to combine two or more properties into one, including leasing and availability data. We found that it is possible to pull in availability data using Yardi property groups but not leasing data such as guest cards. No problem! Kyzen can now combine leasing and availability data without using Yardi’s property groups. Data from each property shows in all widgets, tables, charts, and reports with columns and labels added to differentiate guest cards, units, and unit types.
In Kyzen’s previous release, we added the budget tool and portfolio level budget reporting. We’ve improved the budget report for this release to include spend recommendations based on specific availability metrics and custom thresholds. If selected, spend recommendation columns show for Paid Search, Site Remarketing, In-Market Audiences, Custom Intent, Youtube, and Facebook campaigns. On the portfolio level, this should help you quickly react to changes in availability and allocate your ad spend where it’s needed the most.
Besides the above features, we’ve improved the UI throughout, squashed a few bugs and made server upgrades to improve overall app speed. Our motto at Dyverse is continuous improvement, which is a process we adhere to with Kyzen’s development. If you have any suggestions or feedback, please let your account manager know or contact our dev team directly at dev@dyverse.com.
