Dyverse is excited to announce the rollout of Syndicate Sync, an automated service that inserts daily prices into Google Ads search ad headlines, price extensions, and Google Business Profile (GBP) product sections.

Syndicate Sync will serve as the base package in Syndicate, Dyverse's cost-effective solution suite designed for content development, management, and promotion. This powerful suite already enables apartment communities to effortlessly push specials, featured floor plans, and key property highlights across their social media, business listings, and digital ad channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

What's included with Syndicate Sync?

Floor Plan Price Insertion

Dyverse will automate the updating of daily rent prices through API connections with property management systems and marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Google Business Profile. Showcase current floor plan availability and pricing directly in your community's most critical Google marketing assets.

Current Specials Insertion

This new and mostly automated service will allow our account managers to manage the frequent updates required to utilize leasing specials within ads more sustainably. Although inserting specials into Google Ads has been automated, sourcing the specials is still primarily manual. Dyverse is hopeful that the special collection and management process will also become fully automated in the near future.

The inclusion of daily prices and current specials into ads, listings, and posts offers the following benefits:
