Founded in 2008, Dyverse has grown to be comprised of more than 15 team members. As a company, we feel it is essential to our success that we communicate our vision and mission clearly and transparently.

The problem with digital marketing in multifamily mainly stems from troubles getting accurate and cohesive data to truly know what is working and how to fix issues. A multitude of causes including closed data systems, broken conversion funnels, as well as variances in tracking templates make it difficult to accurately benchmark and attribute results.

Through Dyverse’s products and services, we are creating a fully integrated optimization process for multifamily encompassing tracking, reporting, attribution and automation. We call this framework for continuous improvement Kyzen.

Our digital media management services, as well as our website conversion optimization products are focused on getting as much accurate conversion and lead data as possible.

2. Organize data into effective digital marketing performance analysis and reporting tools.

Kyzen Analytics is continuously finding ways to improve data organization and visualization, so that more accurate scoring, analysis and automation can be achieved.

3. Create automations and enable machine learning to improve efficiencies and eliminate waste.

Utilizing accurate and organized data, Dyverse will create automations to improve traffic generation, return-on-ad-spend results, and response time to critical issues.
