One of Kyzen’s signature reports that our development team has been constantly refining over the last several years is our Portfolio Benchmark Report. This spreadsheet-like table report is the ultimate tool for establishing benchmarks across your portfolio, or even sub groups within your overall portfolio. The Benchmark Report brings data from all of your properties into one place, so that you can easily compare metrics across a variety of categories such as website performance, Google Ads campaign performance, leasing performance, availability and source attribution. This allows you to analyze individual community performance against the portfolio or sub group average to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvements.

Example Use Cases

Website Performance — Utilize the Benchmark Report for evaluating website performance across your portfolio, so that you can identify any tracking issues or underperforming property websites based on metrics such conversion rate, bounce rate, and number of sessions.

Google Ads Paid Search — A common use of the Benchmark report is to be able to identify and focus on individual properties that are showing below benchmark performance for paid search key performance indicators such as impression share, cost-per-click, click volume, and conversion rate.

Google My Business — The Benchmark Report now features key metrics from Google My Business. Google My Business has continued to grow in significance to your community’s overall leasing performance. Availability — The availability data included on the Benchmark Report makes it easy to sort properties within your portfolio based on current occupancy and trending exposure, so that you can start your deep dive on the properties that are struggling the most with occupancy.

Source Group Attribution — One of our most recent updates to the Benchmark Report was to bring in source group attribution reporting to help with the tedious process of comparing source attribution data and cost-per-lease benchmarks across your portfolio. This one use case alone can potentially help you identify communities spending way too much for specific sources, which can save you tens of thousands of dollars across your portfolio!
